Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Alanya Tour (TÜRSAB licence no. 5366), Kızlarpınarı Mah., Toromanlar Sok., Uğur Apt. No:8/B, Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye, as data controller, informs you how your personal data is processed.

1. Personal data processed

Identity and contact data (full name, e-mail, phone), service data (tour date, number of guests, hotel, room number, pickup area, notes) and transaction security data (IP address, system logs).

2. Purposes

Receiving and fulfilling bookings, organising hotel pickups, communication before and after the tour, keeping accounting records, ensuring website security and complying with legal obligations.

3. Transfers

Data needed to deliver the service is shared with the operator / transport provider running the tour and, where required by law, with authorised public authorities.

4. Method and legal basis

Data is collected electronically (booking form, e-mail, WhatsApp) based on Article 5(2)(c) (establishment and performance of a contract), 5(2)(ç) (legal obligation) and 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.

5. Your rights (Art. 11 KVKK)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about the processing and its purpose, to know the recipients in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction, deletion or destruction of your data, to object to outcomes of automated analysis and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
