Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking a tour on alanyatour.org is free and requires no prepayment. You pay for the tour on site, on the day of the trip. The rules below help us avoid empty seats on vehicles and boats and keep hotel pickups running smoothly.

1. Free cancellation

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. Simply send us a WhatsApp message, e-mail or call us with your booking number (AT-…). You can check your booking status on the “Track booking” page.

2. Late cancellation and no-show

As we do not take prepayments, we do not charge any fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for not showing up at the pickup point. We kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible; after repeated no-shows we may decline further bookings without prepayment.

3. Changes

Changes to the date, number of guests or hotel are possible up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability. You will receive a new confirmation by e-mail.

4. Cancellation by the organiser

A tour may be cancelled or postponed due to bad weather or sea conditions, decisions of the authorities or too few participants. We will inform you immediately and offer another date or another tour. If none of our alternatives suits you, your booking is cancelled at no cost.

5. Refunds

Payment is normally made on site, so no refund is needed. If a prepayment was exceptionally agreed and the booking was cancelled within the free cancellation period or the tour was cancelled by us, the full amount is refunded by the same payment method within 14 days. For tours interrupted for reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather), a partial refund is assessed case by case.
